Fern Marie Lephiew, age 83 of Warren, AR died Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at Baptist Health Medical Center in North Little Rock, AR. She was born March 21, 1938 in Ouargh, IL to the late Charles and Marie Zirkle.
She is also preceded in death by her husband; Billy Ray Lephiew, sons; Billy Lephiew and Gerry Lephiew.
Survivors include sons; Kenny Lephiew and Carl Lephiew both of Warren, AR. Sisters; Shirly, Sandy and Glenda.Graveside service was 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Parker-Prospect Cemetery.
