Hermitage Kindergarteners presented program teaching good dental care

Two classes of Kindergarteners at Hermitage Elementary joined together with their teachers and Principal to hear a program concerning making good choices, including how to take care of their teeth and receiving regular and good dental care. They were given a package of educational materials and a new toothbrush. Kindergarten teachers Tiffany Curtis and Katrina Black combined their classes for the program. They were addressed by Hermitage Elementary Principal Rosalynda Ellis. Also present was Gregg Reep with salineriverchronicle.com.

Plans called for Dr. Julie Branch, a dentist practicing in Warren to talk to the children about care for their teeth, but Dr. Branch was called away for an emergency and rescheduled for the following Monday.

The students paid close attention and were very friendly with their guests.
