Martha Anne Welker age 97 of Warren, AR died Sunday, November 7, 2021 at Belle View Estates Rehabilitation and Care Center in Monticello, AR. She was born January 3, 1924 in Yoakum, TX to the late Louis Blank and Frieda Boening Blank. She was a member of Macedonia Free Will Baptist Church.
Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her husband; Charles Joseph Welker, brothers; August Blank, George Blank and Gerhard Blank, sisters; Lena Leist, Annie Lou Leist and Edna Mae Prause and a son-in-law Daymon Parker.
Survivors include one daughter; Dianne Parker of Warren, AR, two grandchildren; Julie Trucks (Matt) of Warren, AR and Jennifer Adams (Darren) of Banks, AR. One sister; Mabel Glaze (John) of Cuero, TX, five great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 12, 2021 at Frazer’s Funeral Home with Bro. Adam Ables officiating. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery in New Edinburg, AR. Active pallbearers will be Brandon Burks, Matt Trucks, Dustan Harper, Brandon Forrest, Darren Adams and Aaron Thornton.
