In a City of Warren Civil Service Commission meeting conducted Tuesday, November 16, the commission hired two new patrolmen to work within the Warren Police Department. Hired were Jammie Leigh Smith and Terrance L. Vaughn. Both were hired as full-time officers. Neither are certified, which will require their attendance at the Arkansas Law Enforcement Academy. They will go to work under supervision until they complete the academy.
