Louise J. Cargile, 1940-2021

Louise J. Cargile died Friday, December 24, 2021 in Little Rock, AR. She was born November 14, 1940 in Port Arthur, TX, daughter of the late James L. Honnell and the late Augusta “Gussie” May Honnell. She graduated from Fairview High School in 1959. For thirty years, Louise worked at Arkansas Monument where she enjoyed meeting new people. She was always doing for others. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her beloved family, friends, and dogs.

Survivors include her daughter Cindy Jarvis and spouse, Scott Jarvis of Rye and grandchildren, Shelby Stone and spouse, Mason Stone and Kelley Allison, and spouse, Matt Allison; and great-grandchild, Mack Stone. Louise was also predeceased by her brothers, Billy Mack Honnell and J.W. Honnell.

Memorial contributions are welcomed at the local animal shelter and the Southeast Arkansas Regional Library, Warren Branch.

Service time was 2pm Tuesday, December 28th at the First Assembly of God Church in Warren, where visitation was at 1pm. Active pallbearers include Daniel Jarvis, Shaun Rawls, Brad Denton, David Pipes, Mason Stone, and Matt Allison. Honorary pallbearers include Bonnie Outlaw, Patty Cameron, Kathleen Turner, Marnell Parker, Mary Lou McClellan, and Gladys Smith.
