Hermitage, Arkansas – The Hermitage Hermits faced off against Emerson Friday night, January 28, 2022 at home in Hermitage with games featuring the Hermitage Junior Girls, Senior Lady Hermits, and Senior Boys.
In the first game of the night the Hermitage Junior Lady Hermits defeated Emerson by the final of 32-30. Nyasha Tatum led the Junior Ladies with 25 points. The eighth grader averaged 12 points per game this season. Jamiya Mahan had six points off the bench. The Junior Lady Hermits finished their regular season with an overall record of 5-12, but a conference record of 3-3.
In game number two the Hermitage Senior Lady Hermits fell to Emerson by the final of 57-28. Aislin England scored nine on the night. Olivia Pierce scored eight.
The Hermitage Senior Hermit men dropped the third game to Emerson by the final of 63-26. Jorge Ramos scored 11 points on the night. He sank three threes.
