Donnie Ray Baker, 1958-2022

Donnie Ray Baker, age 63 of Warren went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 17, 2022. Born September 19, 1958 in Mesa Arizona. He was the son of the late Marl Baker and Maxine Baker-Doss. He was an EMT for several years for Pafford and Sedberry Ambulance Services in the 80’s and the early 90’s. He was a talented leather crafter and owner of Baker’s Western Way in Warren.

He is preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Perry; uncles, Harry Brown and Vic Brown; aunts, Evelene Ozment, Bet Millholland, Martha Sue Durey.

Mr. Baker is survived by his beloved wife, Sri Baker and daughter, Jennifer Curry (DJ) of Warren. Brothers, Edward Hales (Elisa), Tommy Hales (Dave), Billy Hales (Diana), Curtis Baker (Pauline), Marvin Baker (Vera), Charles Baker (Sharon), James Baker (Helen); sisters, Millie Brugan, Marlene Barnes (Robert), Linda Smith (Ernie), and Martha Jackson. Uncles, Burl Brown, Jr. (Judy), Johnny Brown (Kay). Aunt Linda Durey. A host of nieces, nephews, a special niece, Tierra Stewart (Randy), great nieces, Stephanie Baughn (Brad) and Sydnie Harrison (Chase) and many other loving friends and family.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 26, 2022 at First Assembly of God Church in Warren.
