Alan Watt age 44, of Rye, AR, died Friday, March 18th, 2022 as a result of a work-related accident. He was born October 23rd, 1977 in Bastrop, LA, a son of Charlie Watt and Kathy Washam Watt, Rison, AR. Alan was a general mechanic for Evergreen Packaging in Pine Bluff, AR, a member of Harmony Free Will Baptist Church and a 1996 graduate of Woodlawn Public Schools. Alan loved to fish and hunt, ride in his caddy and be a papaw to his granddaughter Bentlee.
Surviving other than his father and mother Charlie and Kathy, is his wife whom he married, Megan Adair Watt, February 21, 1997. Daughters Hannah Watt, Rye, AR and Adrianna Cornish and spouse Wesley, Rye, AR. Brothers Jeremy Watt, Rison, AR and Keith Watt and spouse Paula, East End, AR. His paternal grandmother Louise Watt, Calhoun, LA, His father and mother-in-law, Jimmy Dale Adair and spouse Cindy, Rye, AR. A brother-in-law Derek Adair and spouse Simone, Warren, AR.
Funeral services were 2:00PM Friday, March 25, 2022 at Frazer’s Chapel with Bro. Richard Barley officiating. Burial was in Enon Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Bart Hargis, Dan Morrison, Tracy Nichols, Charlie Adair, Derek Adair and Kevin Garrett.
