WARREN, Ark. – The GFWC Warren Woman’s Club has announced the 2022 Arbor Day celebration for Warren and Bradley County will be held on Friday, April 29th. The event is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. and will be held at the Warren City Park. The public is invited to attend.
National Arbor Day is always scheduled for the last Friday in April. This year marks the 150th anniversary of the tree planter’s holiday. Today Arbor Day is celebrated in all 50 states and countries around the globe gather every year to celebrate trees and plant for a greener tomorrow.
Warren Woman’s Club members are excited to celebrate this important event each year in our community. The city of Warren is a designated a Tree City and Warren Woman’s Club is happy to assist Tree City USA and the National Arbor Day Foundation in doing their part to make our world better for future generations.
