Jacks open Pulaski Robinson Invitational with loss to South Side Bee Branch

LITTLE ROCK – Warren’s Lumberjack men’s baseball team began action Thursday, March 24, 2022 in the Pulaski Robinson Invitational, dropping their first game to Southside Bee Branch 12-0.

While Warren couldn’t break through on the scoresheet, Aidan Reynolds went one for two with a single to left in the second for the Jacks. Senior Triston Woodall hit a triple to right field in the fifth, providing the orange and black with their best scoring opportunity on the day. Warren’s only other hit came from freshman Kolby Pope with a single up the middle.

Defensively, the Jacks struggled, committing seven errors.

The Jacks move to 0-0 overall and face Beebe in the Pulaski Robinson Invitational Friday at 5:30 p.m.
