Threat of severe weather in South Arkansas Wednesday

WARREN, Ark. – Residents are encouraged to keep an eye-to-the-sky Wednesday, March 30, 2022, as a line of thunderstorms is forecast to move across Arkansas throughout the day.

According to the National Weather Service, the best chance of severe weather is across eastern and southeastern Arkansas during the afternoon and into the evening hours. Bradley County could potentially see damaging winds. Tornadoes are also a concern with this storm system.

Wind gusts between 45 to 50 miles-per-hour are expected. Hail is also a possibility.
