Planning continued Thursday with the Bradley County Pink Tomato Festival committee at the Warren Municipal Building.
“We’re trying to get back to normal,” said Chairwoman Brooke Pennington Hatch.
Other committee members present included Vicky Tapia, Terrie White, James Wells, Denisa Pennington, Steve Mahanes, Lynn Hearnsberger, Gwen Sledge, Leslie Adams and Keeton Hudson.
Political office-holders have been invited to participate in the parade and other events.

The festival will kick off on June 4 with Petite, Junior Miss and Miss Pink Tomato pageants at the Hermitage Community Center.
Warren Lions Club Gospel Jamboree will be held on Thursday, June 9, at Immanuel Baptist Church, featuring The Lisemby Family.
Cutest Baby Pageant will be held on Friday, June 10, at Immanuel Baptist Church, sponsored by the Rural Health Clinic.
Steak Cookoff will be held on Main Street on Saturday, June 11.
Committee members will be checking on the status of electrical connections, utility work and courthouse construction to ensure there are no obstacles to planned events.
All-Tomato Luncheon will be back at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, June 11, at First Baptist Church.
Little Miss Pink Tomato Pageant will be held Saturday, June 11, at Immanuel Baptist Church.
Quilt Show will be held at the Emergency Services Building on Cedar Street.
The 5K Walk/Run will be held on Saturday, June 11.
Main entertainers will be Boots Bailey and The Boys on Friday, June 10, and Mary Heather Hickman and David Lee Murphy on Saturday, June 11.
AHF is the small stage sponsor and Ryburn Automotive Superstore is the main stage sponsor.
The festival will conclude with fireworks on Saturday, June 11, sponsored by First State Bank.
A full schedule of festival events will be presented by Saline River Chronicle shortly before the festival begins.
