State Representative Jeff Wardlaw and State Senator Ben Gilmore spoke to the Bradley County retired teachers organization during the groups regular meeting Monday, April 4, 2022. The two legislators talked to the group about health insurance issues facing retired educators and state employees. Representative Wardlaw, who is also a local firefighter, spoke briefly about the recent fire at Warren High School, assuring the group that the District is going to have what it needs to move forward after the tragic incident last week. The group enjoyed a catered meal at the First United Methodist Church fellowship hall.
