House on North Myrtle sustained significant damage in Friday storm, + more storm damage photos from around Warren

As the rains passed through South Arkansas Friday and Saturday, the extent of the damage from Friday morning’s severe thunderstorm became even more apparent, as a large pine tree was found to have fallen on a home on North Myrtle Street in Warren.

Situated at the corner of Bond and Myrtle, the home’s roof was taken out by massive pine with was uprooted during the torrential rain and wind storm that hammered the area June 10.

The following photos are by Caleb Huntley, as well as a number by Saline River Chronicle.
