Terrell Rogers, 45, was arrested July 19, 2022 by the Warren Police Department for Failure to Comply with Registration and Reporting Requirements, a class C Felony.

On the date of July 19, 2022 Sgt. Tim Nichols completed an arrest warrant affidavit for the offense of Failure to Comply with Registration and Reporting Requirements (Class C Felony) and submitted it to Circuit Judge Crews Puryear for the arrest of Terrell Rogers (45). Judge Puryear approved the Arrest Warrant and Rogers was arrested on the same date at his residence without incident on Stepps St. Rogers who is a registered sex offender out of the State of Illinois has been living in Warren, AR for approximately four years and has failed to register here in the State of Arkansas. On July 20, 2021 Rogers was taken before Judge Bruce Anderson for a First Judicial Appearance and his bond was set at $10,000. This case will be submitted to the 10th Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney for formal charges.
