Mary Wade Norman, age 97 of San Antonio, TX passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at home. She was born June 19, 1925 in Lexington, MS to the late Edward Brent Wade and Eula Eugenia Moseley Wade. She was a graduate of Warren High School and of the Methodist faith.
Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her husbands, Jimmy Norman and Lawrence Hightower. Brother, James Edward Wade and sisters-in-law, Joan Wade and Patty Wade.
Survivors include her son, Wade Norman and wife Peggy of San Antonio, TX; daughter, Nancy Lugger and husband Frank of Longmont, CO; brother, Charles Seay Wade; grandchildren Corey Luggers and wife Lisa, Brent Norman and wife Stephanie and Casey Lugger Licking and husband Scott; great-grandchildren, Emily Norman, Rev Norman, Carter Licking, Rozelyn Norman and twin baby Lugger boys.
Graveside service was held 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 29, 2022 at Oakland Cemetery. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
