The Warren High School Cheerleading squad recently attended and competed in the 2022 NCA Cheer Camp, and annual event held prior to the new school term for squads statewide.
This year, Warren’s squad one the distinguished first place prize for the cheer competition. They also received the NCA Herkie team award, were awarded superior ribbons for their band chant and cheer, were presented with a technical excellence in showmanship for their band chat, as well as received the stunt safe award.
The team also won a National Championship Bid and the NFHS Squad Credentialing award.
Squad members Sarah Forrest, Co-Captain Bryleigh Bickers, and Co-Captain Tabitha White each made All-American. Bickers and White were also invited to tryout for future NCA staff.
