According to the Rev. Chris Barnes, church pastor, Arkansas Baptist State Convention brought in four dentists, hygienists, at least one doctor, several nurses and nursing students from South Arkansas Community College, mostly from South Arkansas.

Lunch was included and several recipients also got school backpacks.

113 patients were seen Saturday, with 161 extractions made.

Barnes said the church will try to continue the service each year at no charge.
