According to the City of Warren, two Warren streets which have recently been undergoing culvert work, and have therefore had portions closed at various times, are once again open to traffic after the repairs were completed just prior to the weekend. Both Pennington Rd. and Childs St. are once again available fully to cars. City road crews have been busy over the last ten days.
