On Oct. 15, 2022, Warren JROTC competed in the Little Rock Mills JROTC Physical Fitness Competition with an all-male and all-female team. The female team earned second place against 6 other high schools.
The competition consisted of 6 events:
1. Maximum deadlift with hex-bar
2. Standing Power Throw with 10lb. Medicine Ball
3. Hand Release Pushups
4. Sprint/Drag (sled drag)/Carry (kettlebell carry)
5. Plank (hold a plank for a minimum of 1:30 min)
6. 1 Mile Run
