The Warren City Council approved Resolution A-677 Monday evening honoring the late Sue Wagnon who was the founder of the former Wagnon Place Nursing Home, now known as Chapel Woods. Wagnon’s family, Clay and Brenda Wagnon were on hand at the Council meeting Monday for the reading and presentation of the Resolution by Warren Mayor Gregg Reep.
