WASHINGTON, DC – Last week, banking leaders from South Arkansas, including Dave Dickson, president of Union Bank of Warren and Monticello, Reathel Privett, CFO of Union Bank and Randy Rawls of Warren, vice president of Union Bank, traveled to Washington DC for their yearly trip to meet with policy makers and discuss their industry. The group, along with other members of the American Bankers Association (ABA), joined approximately 1,800 banking leaders from across the country who were also in DC to meet with their respective delegation.
