GFWC Warren Woman’s Club announces Bradley County Ten Penny Art Contest winners

“GFWC Warren Woman’s Club has announced winners of its 2023 Bradley County Ten Penny Art Contest.  The contest was under the direction of the art committee and Glenda Cross, Chair.  Sandra Gatling, Ten Penny Art Coordinator was responsible for directing the event this year. Judging was provided by juried artist, Rob Reep of Warren.  Each First Place winner received a cash prize while runners-up were awarded art supplies.
