WARREN, Ark. – The historic Warren Train Depot event center buzzed with excitement as a large crowd gathered to celebrate the surprise birthday of Mrs. Vivian Colen, a cherished member of the community. The event, organized by devoted well-wishers, showcased the profound impact Mrs. Colen has made in the city, prompting Mayor Gregg Reep to present her with a special proclamation, officially designating July 15 as Mrs. Colen Day in Warren.
