Shelly Wolfe, LPC will join the new MHSI Warren School-Based Health Center as the primary behavioral health provider, alongside primary health care provider, Karen Richardson, APRN. Mrs. Wolfe is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been practicing since 2013. Shelly’s career experience includes eight years as a classroom teacher, four years as a school-based mental health therapist, and three years as a K-12 school counselor. The knowledge gained through each of these positions provides her with a unique skill set allowing her to work collaboratively with patients to identify beneficial goals and intervention strategies.
The new Warren School-Based Health Center will begin seeing patients at the start of the 2023-2024 school year, offering primary medical care and behavioral health services. Dental services will be available Fall/Winter 2023-2024. The clinic will serve all students, staff, and board members within the Warren School District. In order for your child to be seen, you MUST fill out a consent form. It is NOT required for a parent or guardian to be present for a child’s visit, but the MHSI staff will contact the parent or guardian if a child is seen. MHSI accepts MOST major insurances, including Medicaid, Medicare, and AR Benefits.
In honor of “back-to-school,” we are doing a GIVE AWAY! If you complete the MHSI school consent forms ONLINE before August 21st, you will be entered for a chance to win a $25 GIFT CARD!
