WARREN, Ark. – The pristine greens and fairways of the Warren Country Club witnessed a spectacular showdown on Saturday, August 26, 2023, as golfers from across the region gathered to vie for supremacy in the 2023 Club Championship. The day was marked by fierce competition, remarkable displays of skill, and the crowning of champions in three distinct flights.
Championship Flight
In the Championship Flight, it was a family affair as the Milton brothers, Robert and Michael, took to the course. Robert emerged as the victor, showcasing remarkable consistency and composure throughout the day. His steady performance earned him the coveted first-place position, securing his spot as the 2023 Club Champion.
Michael Milton secured a second place finish. Ethan Vickers rounded out the top three in the Championship Flight.
First Flight
The First Flight category witnessed its own share of intense competition. Dennis Young rose to the occasion, displaying a performance that ultimately secured him the first-place position. Roy Dannehl clinched second place, while Wesley Richard earned a well-deserved third place finish in the First Flight category.
Second Flight
Robert Austin Richardson took first-place honors in the Second Flight. Michael Crawford ultimately securing the runner-up position. Shannon Lassiter took third place in the flight.
