WARREN, Ark. – Addressing the public and the gathered officials, Mayor Reep expressed his heartfelt gratitude towards the County for their hard work over the last few month in downtown Warren. In particular, he praised their diligent efforts in the demolition and cleanup of properties located to the south of the Courtsquare, an endeavor that has significantly contributed to the safety of the area.
Mayor Reep didn’t stop there; he extended his appreciation to County Judge Klay McKinney, the entire Quorum Court, and the hardworking county crews for their valuable assistance in the cleanup of the Bryan’t lot on Main Street most recently.
The meeting proceeded with the swift approval of the minutes of the previous session.
In the Committee Reports section, County Judge Klay McKinney provided an extensive overview of ongoing projects and developments in the county.
One of the significant announcements of the evening was the declaration of a vacancy for the position of Justice of the Peace, District #2, previously held by Eddie Wayne Parnell.
