Local banks rally behind Warren High School Tennis Team with generous gift

WARREN, Ark. – In a show of community spirit and support, three local banks in Warren, Union Bank and Trust, First State Bank, and Warren Bank, came together to present the Warren High School Tennis Team with a brand new Lobster tennis ball machine. This generous gift, with a total cost exceeding $1,100, promises to enhance the team’s training and performance, further solidifying the Warren Tennis program’s success.

On a sunny Tuesday afternoon at the Warren High School tennis courts, bank representatives and team members gathered to unveil the Lobster tennis thrower, which is expected to be a game-changer for the young athletes. The tennis ball machine is designed to deliver consistent and precise shots, helping players refine their skills and providing additional practice opportunities.

Leading the ceremony were bank representatives Randy Rawls and Patricia Wilkinson from Union Bank and Trust, Derek Grice from First State Bank, and Kelly Ashcraft from Warren Bank. Also in attendance was the team’s dedicated coach, Micah Richey, who expressed his gratitude for the banks’ unwavering support.

Team members wasted no time putting the machine to good use. The excitement and enthusiasm among the players were palpable, and it’s clear that this generous gift will be instrumental in their ongoing success.
