Bernice Lovett, 1947-2023

Bernice Lovett, 76, of Warren, passed away October 28, 2023. Born May 13, 1947, she was a daughter of Robert Wright and the late Willie Lee Langford. She accepted Christ as her personal Savior at an early age at Union Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Warren. She was a graduate of Bradley County High School, class of 1966. She was a retiree of Sykes Flooring and Masonite Flooring.

She was also preceded in death by a brother, William Tate.

Bernice is survived by her husband of 43 years, Ralph Lovett; her father, Robert Wright; stepmother, Carolyn Wright; children, Francheska Blueford (Rodney), Nelshay Jimerson (Harvey); grandchildren, Travion Blueford, Daja Blueford, Aldwin Thomas, Mia Blueford, Chrishun Atkin Jr., Zoe Jimerson; great-grandchildren, Leia Robinson, Titus Blueford; siblings, Robert Davis (Kelly), Freddie Wright, Frederick Neely, Diana Che (David), Annette Robinson, Sarah Pillow, Sally McCoy; Godson, Rickey McCoy; God-sister, Yvonne Allison; sister-in-law, Shelia Tate; a special friend, Beverly Marshall; a host of other relatives, classmates and friends.

Funeral service was held November 4 at Union Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Warren with Rev. Henry Cox officiating. Burial was in Union Cemetery, Warren. Arrangements by Hammons Funeral Home.
