Edna Denise Pruitt Bowen, age 51, of Rye, AR passed away on Monday, January 15, 2024 at her home. She was born on October 22, 1972 in Warren, AR to the late Elvin Green Pruitt and Edna Mae Todd Pruitt. She was a member of Enon Missionary Baptist Church.
Other than her parents she is preceded in death by a brother, Billy Wayne Pruitt.
Survivors include her husband, Nick Bowen of Rye, AR; son, Tyler Bowen of Rye, AR; daughter, Chasity Smith and spouse Michael of Rison, AR; brothers, Elvin W. Pruitt of Rye, AR and Rodney D. Pruitt of Monticello, AR; grandchildren, Matthew and Connor and her best friend, Susan Savage of Watson Chapel, AR.
Funeral service was held 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 19, 2024 at Frazer’s Funeral Home with Bro. Randall Baker officiating. Burial in Union Cemetery in Rye by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
