Tylette Shawnee Jackson-Talukder, 43, of Memphis, TN., passed away February 8, 2024. Born June 19, 1980, she was a daughter of the late Barbara Jackson and the late Joe Simmons.
She joined Greater Shady Grove AME Church at an early age and was raised in the church. Although she moved around a lot, she always held strong to her faith and love for God.
Tylette graduated from Drew Central High School in 1998. After high school she held many jobs, all associated with people. She loved seeing people happy and she always had a smile no matter how she felt.
She was united in Holy Matrimony with Mark Talukder for eight years.
Tylette is survived by her husband, Mark Talukder; bonus father, Jerry Daniels Sr. of New Hope; siblings, Vanna Lamb (Joshua) of Wilmar, Jerry Daniels Jr. (Brandhi) of Pine Bluff, Nicholas Alvarez (Lamika) of
Little Rock; two nephews, Jerry Daniels III, Berry Lee Daniels; a host other relatives and friends.
Funeral service was February 17 at Greater Shady Grove AME Church in Wilmar. Burial was in Wilmar Cemetery, Wilmar. Arrangements by Hammons Funeral Home.
