WARREN, Ark. – In a thrilling 4A East Conference clash on Friday, April 5, 2024, at Warren, Arkansas, the Warren Lumberjacks clinched their fourth Conference victory in a row, defeating Lonoke in convincing fashion by the final of 4-1.

The Lumberjacks entered the match with an impressive 3-0 record in the 4A East Conference and an overall standing of 4-3.
From the onset, they asserted their dominance, with Daniel Castillo opening Warren’s account in the 4th minute with a close-range strike.
The match saw intense moments, including a crucial save by Warren keeper Jessie Cortes in the 18th minute, denying Lonoke a breakaway opportunity. Building on their early lead, Aaron Romero netted back-to-back goals for the Jacks by the 32nd minute, propelling Warren to a commanding 3-0 advantage.
Just two minutes later, Warren showcased their aerial and set-piece attack with a beautiful back post header from a corner, credited to the right back Adair Gonzales, extending their lead to 4-0 by halftime.

The second half saw wholesale substitutions, allowing both teams to freshen up their lineups. Despite Lonoke finding the net late in the game, Warren’s solid performance ensured a final score of 4-1.
With this victory, the Lumberjacks maintain an undefeated record of 4-0 in the 4A East Conference, improving their overall standing to 5-3.
