Roosevelt Tenner, 73, of Warren, passed away May 11, 2024. Born January 8, 1951, he was a son of the late Robert Sr. and Verlene Tenner. He attended Bradley High School in Warren, AR. He moved to Los Angeles, CA. during his early years and later to Detroit, MI. with his wife before returning to Arkansas.
Roosevelt was great at fixing things with his hands. He loved doing arts and crafts for his family and friends. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing dominoes, eating and thinking he was the world’s greatest pool player.
He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Arlean Tenner-Green and Dorothy Tenner-Farmer.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Tenner; children, Roosevelt Jr., Robert, Tiffany & Crystal Tenner; one sister, Charlotte Tenner-Brown of Warren; four brothers, Robert Tenner of Rosemead, CA., James Tenner (Anita), Dwain Tenner both of Warren, Elder Melvin Tenner (Deborah) of Jacksonville, AR.; a host of other relatives and friends.
Graveside service will be 2:30 P.M. Saturday, May 18 at Union Cemetery in Warren. Arrangements by Hammons Funeral Home.
