Nora Dye Waltman Lucas age 77 of Rison, AR died Saturday, June 15th, 2024 in Pine Bluff, AR. She was born July 15th, 1946 in Homer, LA a daughter of the late James Oliver Dye and Nannie Raymond Dye. She was a CNA and loved taking care of people. She enjoyed gardening her roses, and loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Trinity New Beginnings Church of God. Also preceding her in death was a brother Clentis Franklin Dye and a sister Nannie Ines Dye Moss.
Surviving is her husband, Micheal Lucas, Rison, AR. Sons, Joseph O. Waltman and spouse Cindy, Citronelle, AL, Joseph Waltman Jr and spouse Melody, Pine Bluff, AR; Ronny Joe Waltman and spouse Suzanne, Biloxi, Miss. A daughter Barbara Ann Waltman, Rison, AR.
Sisters Bert Dye Wages, Rison, AR; Naoma Dye Nichols and spouse Joe, Warren, AR and Brenda Dye Terry. 15 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held 2:00PM Tuesday, June 18th at Frazer’s Chapel. Burial was in Enon Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
