WARREN, Ark. – The City of Warren honored one of its most dedicated employees, Purley Byes, with a retirement ceremony on Thursday, July 11, 2024. The event took place at the Warren Municipal Building, where staff, friends, and family gathered to celebrate Byes’ 25 years of service to the community.
The atmosphere was festive, with cake served to all attendees. Laughter and shared memories filled the room as Byes reflected on his years with the City of Warren.
