Jackie Gail Johnson, age 81 of Monticello, AR passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at Baptist Health in Monticello, AR. She was born on October 19, 1942 in Bradley County, AR to the late Earnest Ezell and Dora Glover Ezell.
Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, James Ford Johnson whom she married on July 14, 1963 and he passed away on August 24, 2007; her brother, Charles Ezell and sisters, Shirley Kimbrell, Jewel Dean Hayes and Ernestine Thompson.
Survivors include her son, James Allen Johnson and spouse Tanya of Banks, AR; daughters, Tracie Richard and spouse Russell of Hermitage and Lisa Higgins and spouse Brent of Warren, AR; grandchildren, Wesley Richard and spouse Sarah, Chaney Richard and spouse Blaine, Lane Richard and spouse Makaylen, Dylan Higgins and Alyssa Higgins and great-grandchildren, Bodie Richard, Dax Richard and Rylie Richard.
Funeral service will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday, July 7, 2024 at Frazer’s Funeral Home. Burial will be in Union Hill Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Visitation will be 2:30 p.m. until service time Sunday.
