BCMC Issues Notice About Billing Statements

Updated patient account statements were mailed last week. We recognize that some statements with a service date on or after January 23, 2024, with accounts that begin with BM, BC, and BH may have past due or bad debts language. Please disregard any language associated with past due or potential bad debt notices on these accounts as we are in the process of resetting our billing cycle in our new system. Please know that you will receive proper notice as well as a phone call before being turned over to the collection agency. BCMC truly appreciates your patience as we continue to work through this software changeover and continued optimization of our new system.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call our billing department at 870-226-4319.

This does not impact service dates before January 23, 2024 from our old system.
