WARREN, Ark. – On Friday afternoon, Drew County Sheriff Tim Nichols issued a public alert regarding a suspicious individual seen attempting to enter the Wilmar Water Office. The incident occurred on August 2, 2024, when an unidentified person approached the facility wearing a flannel jacket, hoodie, gloves, mask, and sunglasses. The individual attempted to gain entry to the office but was unable to do so as the door was locked.
After the unsuccessful attempt, the person was seen leaving the area in a semi truck without a trailer, heading towards Bradley County. Sheriff Nichols described the behavior as highly suspicious and alarming, urging the public to remain vigilant.
The Drew County Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance from the community in identifying the individual and understanding their intentions.
