PINE BLUFF, Ark. – The Arkansas Activities Association (AAA) announced on Tuesday that two members of the Arkansas Officials Association (AOA) have been recognized as National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) Officials of the Year from Arkansas. Rickey Geiggar, a baseball official, and Brad Hargrave, a boys’ soccer official, were honored for their exceptional dedication and service to high school athletics.
Both Geiggar and Hargrave are well-known figures in south Arkansas, where they frequently officiate high school sports. Their commitment to promoting youth sports in the region has earned them the respect and admiration of coaches, players, and fans alike.
