According to Warren Street Foreman Monty Hearnsberger, the intersection of East Cedar and Clingman Streets in Warren is currently closed due to road damage caused by a damaged culvert that occurred overnight on Saturday.
Despite the closure, traffic can still travel the entirety of Clingman Street as of Sunday afternoon, and East Cedar traffic is able to proceed westward.
Warren Mayor Gregg Reep assured residents that the city will prioritize fixing the culvert and the intersection as soon as possible.
