WARREN, Ark. – On Monday morning, August 26, Saline River Chronicle received a press release from David P. Price of the Price Law Firm in Magnolia regarding the recent charges against 86-year-old Rocky Goodwin of Warren. Below is the statement sent to Saline River Chronicle in its entirety, along with a screenshot of the letter.
“On August 17 and 18, several reports were published regarding the arrest of Rocky Goodwin of Warren, Arkansas, for viewing, downloading, and/or distribution of child pornography. Mr. Goodwin vehemently denies all charges and allegations. They are false. We are looking forward to Mr. Goodwin’s day in court and are confident that he will be exonerated.”

Saline River Chronicle published a press release from the Arkansas State Police on August 16, 2024, stating that Special Agents with the Arkansas State Police had arrested Goodwin, 86, of Warren after the ASP’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) investigated a laptop computer located at Goodwin’s Warren residence in May, following multiple cyber tips reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
