HERMITAGE, Ark. – The Hermitage School District has announced that their flu clinic will take place on October 7, 2024. As flu season approaches, the district is encouraging students and families to take advantage of this opportunity to get vaccinated.
Elementary school parents will receive flu shot forms today, which must be signed on both pages and returned to the school. For high school students, forms are available for pick-up in the High School Office.
This initiative aims to help protect students and staff from the upcoming flu season, ensuring a healthier environment for learning.
