MONTICELLO, Ark. – The Monticello Fall Rodeo, presented by JB Rodeo Company, will take place on September 13th and 14th, 2024, at the Monticello Arena. This exciting event promises two nights of rodeo action, offering something for all ages.
Tickets are priced at $10 for adults and $5 for children aged 6-12, with a $1 discount available for kids who bring the promotional flyer to the event. The rodeo will feature competitors from the Arkansas Rodeo Association (ARA), the American Cowboy Association (ACA), and the Louisiana Rodeo Cowboys Association (LRCA). Attendees can expect to see equal payout for both nights, making for some fierce competition.
The festivities will kick off each night with Mutton Bustin’ at 7:00 p.m., followed by the main rodeo events starting at 8:00 p.m. There will also be a Kids Calf Scramble each night, adding to the family-friendly fun. Money is added to the pot for both nights, so expect thrilling rodeo action on back-to-back evenings.
For junior barrel racers, sign-ups will be available on-site. If you are looking to compete in other events, call-ins will be open on Monday, September 9th, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at 501-730-5380.
