MONTICELLO, Ark. – The Arkansas Department of Health is hosting a flu vaccination event at the Drew County Health Unit on October 2, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The event will be held at 940 Scogin Drive, Monticello, AR 71655.
This flu shot clinic, themed “Prevent the Flu Starring You,” encourages everyone to take part in getting vaccinated to stay healthy during flu season. With a fun movie motif featuring popcorn and cinema tickets, the campaign aims to attract all eligible residents to protect themselves and their communities.
The event is free of charge, and no out-of-pocket expenses will be incurred. However, individuals are encouraged to bring their insurance information, if they have it.
