Regina C. Valentine Huddleston

Regina C. Valentine Huddleston, age 56 of New Edinburg passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on September 20, 2024. Born October 15, 1967, she was a homemaker and devoted MeMe. Her grandchildren were the light of her life. Even as her health declined, she always found a way to be at as many games and school events as possible. Some of her favorite hobbies were shopping, going for rides to Walmart and spending time with her family.

Preceding her in death are her parents, Tracey and Aminell Valentine, sisters Judy Baxter, Brenda Leopard, and Vonda Jarrell, and brother Timmy Valentine. 

Survivors include her husband Barry Huddleston of New Edinburg, whom she married June 11 1988; daughters Shana Henderson and spouse Shaun of New Edinburg and Sara McDougald and spouse Zach of Hermitage; grandchildren Xavier Henderson, Erin Hannah, Adalynn Huddleston, Eli Esqueda and Timothy Hannah; sisters Charlotte Lunsford (Henry), Tammy Murphy (Blue), and Wanda Gail Collins; brothers Chuck Valentine (Brenda) and Tadd Johnson (Joy); brother-in-law Lynn Jarrell; and a host of nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services were 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 22, 2024 at Frazer’s Funeral Home with Bro. Russell Hensley officiating. Burial was in Reaves Cemetery in New Edinburg by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
