STAR CITY, Ark. — The students at Star City ABC Preschool recently enjoyed a visit from Wesley Cooper, an experienced baker from Country Village Oven, as part of the school’s focus on community helpers. Mr. Cooper captivated the children with a hands-on demonstration, walking them through the process of baking both apple pie and donuts.
During his presentation, Mr. Cooper also shared important lessons about kitchen safety, stressing the need for caution around hot surfaces. Adding a personal touch, he recited a poem from his childhood, making the session even more memorable for the young audience.
As a special treat, Mr. Cooper generously provided freshly baked donuts for all the students and gifted the staff with a caramel apple pie. The preschool expressed heartfelt thanks for his contributions to their ongoing efforts in creating engaging educational experiences for their students.
