WARREN, Ark. – Warren Mayor Gregg Reep has reminded all property owners, both residential and commercial, to maintain their yards and properties in accordance with city ordinances. The announcement emphasizes the need for properties to be kept in compliance for health, safety, and appearance reasons, including keeping grass cut and mowed.

The announcement also states that inoperable, unlicensed, and uninsured vehicles are not to be left parked on properties unless properly zoned, and residential properties may not keep such vehicles on site.

“We understand that properties do not have to look like a country club,” said Mayor Reep, “but they should be clean and free from unhealthy and unsightly conditions.”

The mayor’s message also reminds property owners not to operate businesses on properties that are not zoned commercial. For questions, residents can contact the City Building Officials Office at 870-226-5860.
