Sherrilyn Jean Bowman Weaver age 79 of Crossett, AR died Saturday, November 16th, 2024 in Hamburg, AR. She was born Tuesday, January 30th, 1945 in Bradley County, AR a daughter of the late Felton Bowman and Peggy Sue Quimby Bowman. She was a retired employee with Walmart serving 23 years, served with the Crossett Public School system as a bus driver for 18 years. She was a Baptist and a graduate of the Wilmar public schools. Also preceding her in death was her husband, Doyle Weaver, and a brother Nick Felton Bowman also preceded her in death.
Surviving are her sons, David Weaver and spouse Lisa, Broken Bow, OK; Christopher Weaver, West Monroe, LA. Brother Bobby Bowman and spouse Virginia, Milo, AR, sister-in-law, Linda Bowman, Bossier City, LA.
5 grandchildren Madison Reynolds (Triston), Logan Weaver, Cheyene McCurdy (Cole), Chase Taylor (Patty) and Wendy Stafford (Michael) and 3 great-grandchildren Penelope Taylor, Lea Stafford, Lauren Stafford.
Graveside service was held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 20th, 2024 at Pattsville Cemetery. Burial was in Pattsville Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
