Patricia Ann Sparks Baker, age 89 of Rowlett, TX formerly of Warren, AR passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2024 in Plano, TX. She was born on January 14, 1935 to the late Oscar Sparks and Elizabeth Parrot Sparks. She was a retired LPN and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She enjoyed hunting and gardening, but most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends.
Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, J.W. Baker; son, Joey Wendell Baker; brothers, Otis Sparks, O.O. Sparks, Jr., Charles Sparks, Gene Sparks and Bill Sparks and sisters, Agness Sparks Moseley, Loucille Sparks McMullen and Pauline Sparks.
She is survived by sons, Gerald Wayne Baker and spouse Liyaa Liu and James W. Baker and spouse Lorie, 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 1 great-greatgrandchild and 2 step-great-grandchildren; along with a host of extended family members and friends.
Graveside service will be held 1:30 p.m. Saturday, December 21, 2024 at Moseley Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Evangelistic International Ministries; 114 Bradley 23, Warren, AR 71671.
