Warren Rotary Club Meets for First Time in 2025

The Rotary Club of Warren met Tuesday, Jan. 14 in First United Methodist Church as the group came together for the first time in the new year. The crowd heard from Junior Rotarians from Warren High School Naideth Pahuamba, Trestan Greene, and Joshua Myers to kick things off.

Rotarian Mark Wargo then presented his own program. Wargo is the Superintendent of the Southeast Arkansas Human Development Center and spoke about their initiatives to be more transparent with employees and retain more of them. There were some templates developed to assist in leading conversations with employees and their performance along with many other tools to help retain employees, engage current employees more, and make the SEAHDC a great place to work and for clients to receive excellent care and services. Wargo answered a few questions to round out his presentation. The Rotary Club of Warren is next scheduled to meet two weeks from today on Tuesday, Jan. 28.
